Immediate filling effect and deep collagen stimulation
Radiesse® is a calcium hydroxyapatite-based filler that provides both instant volume restoration and powerful collagen stimulation. It is ideal for redefining facial contours, improving skin quality, and treating skin laxity in a natural and long-lasting way.
How it works
Radiesse® contains calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. After injection, the gel offers immediate volume, while the microspheres stimulate natural collagen production over time. It can be used for facial contouring or as a hyperdiluted biostimulant (Radiesse® Hyperdiluted) to improve skin tone and texture on the neck, arms, buttocks, thighs, abdomen, and more.

What to Expect During the Session
The procedure lasts approximately 30–45 minutes and is performed in an outpatient setting. The treatment is usually well tolerated; a topical anesthetic or lidocaine-mixed product can be used if needed. You can return to daily activities shortly after. Mild swelling or bruising may occur but resolves quickly.

Results and Maintenance
Results are immediately visible thanks to the gel’s filling effect. Over the following months, collagen stimulation enhances skin firmness and quality. The average duration is 12–18 months. For hyperdiluted use, an initial protocol of 2–3 sessions is recommended.

FAQ
Is the treatment painful?
Radiesse® contains lidocaine, which makes the injection more comfortable. If needed, a topical anaesthetic or microcannula can be used to further reduce discomfort.
When will I see the results?
The volumizing effect is immediate, while skin quality continues to improve over the following months due to collagen stimulation.
How long do the results last?
Results typically last 12 to 18 months. In its hyperdiluted form (Radiesse® Hyperdiluted), biostimulation treatments can be repeated every 3–6 months, depending on skin condition.
Is Radiesse a filler or a biostimulant?
Both. In its standard form, Radiesse® acts as a filler with immediate lifting effect. When diluted, it becomes a powerful biostimulant, improving skin quality without adding volume.
Can it be used on the body?
Yes. Hyperdiluted Radiesse® is highly effective on the neck, arms, buttocks, inner thighs, and abdomen, improving skin laxity and texture.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Radiesse® is ideal for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity and loss of firmness. It is not recommended for lips, the eye contour area, or highly mobile facial zones.
Are multiple sessions necessary?
It depends on the goal. For volumizing purposes, one session may be sufficient. For body biostimulation or larger areas, 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart are typically recommended.
Can I go in the sun after the treatment?
It is recommended to avoid direct sun exposure and high heat (such as saunas or steam baths) for at least 48–72 hours after treatment to support proper product integration and minimize the risk of prolonged swelling or irritation.
What happens if I need to cancel or cannot attend my appointment?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to do so, the full treatment fee will be charged, unless serious and verifiable circumstances apply.
How do I pay for my treatment?
Payment is completed in person at the clinic after your appointment. For your convenience, we accept credit and debit cards, TWINT, and cash.
