Polynucleotides by Mastelli® are injectable treatments derived from purified DNA fragments, designed to stimulate tissue repair and skin regeneration. How it works
Polynucleotides are injected into the dermis using microinjections. Once delivered, they activate skin regeneration by reducing oxidative stress, increasing cellular metabolism, and supporting deep tissue hydration. They also enhance the skin’s ability to repair itself and restore structure. The treatment is safe, well tolerated, and suitable for delicate areas such as the face and around the eyes.

What to Expect During the Session
The procedure lasts around 20–30 minutes and is performed with fine needles using microinjections. Polynucleotides are injected using a special technique that creates tiny superficial blebs, which reduce the risk of bruising and allow the product to distribute evenly. These small blebs typically disappear within a few hours. A numbing cream can be applied if needed. The treatment is well tolerated, with minimal downtime.
Results and Maintenance
Results are progressive and natural-looking. Skin appears smoother, more hydrated and toned after the first sessions, with continued improvement over time. A full protocol typically consists of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart. Maintenance treatments every 4–6 months are recommended to preserve results.

Is the treatment painful?

What happens if I need to cancel or cannot attend my appointment?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to do so, the full treatment fee will be charged, unless serious and verifiable circumstances apply.
