Hyaluronic Filler Injections

Hyaluronic acid-based fillers are safe and versatile injectable treatments designed to fill wrinkles, restore volume, contour facial features, and enhance lip definition. They deliver immediate, natural-looking results for a fresher, smoother, and more youthful appearance.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance in the human body. When injected into the dermis or deeper tissue layers, HA fillers restore lost volume, deeply hydrate the skin, and smooth out wrinkles. Specific formulations are used depending on the area: softer gels for fine lines and tear troughs, denser fillers for areas like the cheeks, jawline, and chin.

  • Immediate correction of wrinkles and folds
  • Natural volume enhancement (lips, cheeks, chin)
  • Facial contouring and definition
  • Improved hydration and elasticity
  • Fresher and younger-looking appearance

  • Perioral lines (“barcode” wrinkles)
  • Temples
  • Nose (non-surgical rhinoplasty)
  • Tear trough (under-eye hollows)
  • Hands

Each session lasts about 30–45 minutes and is performed in an outpatient setting. Most fillers contain lidocaine to reduce discomfort during injection. Mild swelling or small bruises may appear but usually resolve within a few days. Results are visible immediately.

The duration of results is subjective and varies depending on metabolism, lifestyle, the treated area, and the type of filler used. On average, results last about 6 months, but this may vary. Regular touch-ups are recommended to maintain long-term benefits while preserving a natural look and facial expression.

  • Static wrinkles
  • Volume loss
  • Mild skin laxity
  • Facial asymmetries
  • Aging signs on the face and hands

The lips are at the heart of facial expression: they speak, smile, and convey emotions. Over time, they may lose volume, definition, and hydration, or present small asymmetries that affect the harmony of the smile.

Lip filler treatments with hyaluronic acid are designed to restore and enhance the lips naturally, respecting the individuality and balance of each face.

During the session, precise microinjections of hyaluronic acid are performed to:

  • gently increase volume,
  • enhance lip contour and definition,
  • correct asymmetries,
  • restore hydration and softness.

Most fillers contain lidocaine for comfort, and a numbing cream can also be applied if desired. The treatment takes about 30 minutes, and results are visible immediately.

The goal is never to change the face but to harmonise the smile and facial features, creating a fresh, balanced, and natural look.

Results duration: approximately 6–9 months, depending on metabolism and lifestyle.

Price: from CHF 350 per syringe (depending on individual needs).

Is the treatment painful?

No, most hyaluronic acid fillers contain lidocaine, a local anaesthetic that makes the procedure well tolerated. If needed, a topical numbing cream can be applied beforehand.

When will I see the results?

Results are visible immediately after the treatment. Mild swelling or redness may occur, but these typically resolve within a few days.

How long do the results last?

The duration is subjective and varies from person to person depending on metabolism, lifestyle, treatment area, and the type of filler used. On average, the effect lasts around 6 months, but it may be shorter or longer depending on the individual’s response. Maintenance sessions are recommended to preserve the result over time.

Will I still be able to move my face naturally?

Absolutely. Hyaluronic fillers do not affect facial expressions. The goal is always to maintain a natural and balanced appearance.

Can I combine fillers with other treatments?

Yes. Fillers can be safely combined with other treatments such as Botox®, Profhilo®, Sculptra®, laser, and more. Your practitioner will advise on the best treatment plan and timing.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects are rare and usually mild: temporary redness, slight swelling, or small bruises at the injection site. In rare cases, localized lumps or reactions may occur but can be managed by the practitioner.

What happens if I stop doing fillers? Will my face look worse?

No. Once the filler is naturally reabsorbed, your face will gradually return to its original state. It will not look worse than before starting the treatment.

What happens if I need to cancel or cannot attend my appointment?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to do so, the full treatment fee will be charged, unless serious and verifiable circumstances apply.

How do I pay for my treatment?

Payment is completed in person at the clinic after your appointment. For your convenience, we accept credit and debit cards, TWINT, and cash.

Please note that our Q&A section does not replace a personalised medical consultation. For an individual and comprehensive evaluation, we recommend scheduling a consultation at our clinic. We will be happy to dedicate the necessary time to you.

Price varies based on the area and type of filler used.
