Minimally invasive cellulite treatment that targets fibrotic septa to reduce skin dimples and restore smoothness
Cellulite Fibrotic Septa Release is a non-surgical, targeted treatment designed to smooth dimpled skin caused by fibrotic bands under the surface.
These fibrotic septa are thick connective tissue structures that pull the skin downward, creating visible depressions commonly seen in cellulite.
This technique gently releases those bands, improving skin texture and firmness with natural, long-lasting results.
How the Treatment Works
A fine needle or micro-cannula is inserted beneath the skin to access and release the fibrotic septa.
Once cut, the skin lifts and regains a smoother, more even appearance.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and is well-tolerated, with minimal downtime and no visible scarring.

FAQ
Is the treatment painful?
No. It is performed under local anaesthesia. You may experience mild soreness or bruising afterwards.
When will I see results?
Visible improvement usually starts within 2 to 4 weeks and continues to improve as collagen is remodelled.
Are the results permanent?
The released fibrotic bands do not reform. Results are long-lasting and maintenance is rarely required.
Can it be combined with other cellulite treatments?
Yes – it works very well with Carboxytherapy, Mesotherapy or Fat Dissolving Injections.
Will there be any visible marks?
No. The procedure uses tiny entry points that heal naturally and do not leave scars.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to do so, the full treatment fee will be charged, unless serious and verifiable circumstances apply.
