Carboxytherapy Treatments

Carboxytherapy is a non-surgical, medical aesthetic treatment that uses microinjections of carbon dioxide (CO₂) to stimulate circulation, improve tissue oxygenation, and promote skin regeneration. Originally developed for vascular conditions, it is now widely used in aesthetic medicine to treat cellulite, localized fat, dark circles, and skin laxity.

When CO₂ is injected into the dermis or subcutaneous tissue, the body perceives it as a lack of oxygen. As a response, it increases blood flow, oxygen delivery, and cellular metabolism. This stimulates collagen production, fat breakdown, and tissue regeneration.

  • Reduction of cellulite and orange peel skin
  • Smoothing of stretch marks and scars
  • Skin tightening (face, neck, body)
  • Improved skin tone and elasticity
  • Reduction of dark under-eye circles
  • Enhanced microcirculation (great for heavy legs or swelling)
  • Post-operative support (e.g. after liposuction)
  • Face: dark circles, fine lines, skin laxity
  • Body: thighs, buttocks, abdomen, flanks, arms
  • Localized fat: stomach, inner thighs, knees
  • Stretch marks and scars: abdomen, hips, breasts
  • Each session lasts 15 to 30 minutes
  • A mild pressure or tingling sensation may be felt
  • No anaesthetic required
  • Slight swelling or redness may occur and usually fades within hours
  • You can resume normal activities immediately
  • Number of sessions: typically 4 to 10
  • Frequency: 1–2 times per week
  • Visible results: often from the third or fourth session
  • Maintenance: every 1–3 months, depending on your goals

Cellulite
CO₂ improves microcirculation and oxygen delivery, stimulating lipolysis and softening fibrous bands responsible for the dimpled appearance. Skin looks smoother, firmer, and more even.

Dark Circles
For circles caused by poor circulation or venous stasis, CO₂ stimulates blood flow in the under-eye area, reducing bluish or purplish tones and brightening the gaze.

Localized Fat
Common in areas like the abdomen, flanks, thighs, and knees, stubborn fat deposits are broken down through improved circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Skin Laxity
Carboxytherapy boosts the production of collagen and elastin, restoring firmness to areas like the face, neck, arms, and thighs.

Stretch Marks & Scars
By stimulating tissue regeneration and increasing blood supply, CO₂ makes stretch marks and scars less visible and more even in tone and texture.

Microcirculation Issues
Ideal for heavy legs, swelling, or cold extremities. CO₂ improves venous return and lymphatic function, reducing stagnation and discomfort.

Post-Liposuction Recovery
Carboxytherapy can support healing after liposuction, promoting skin retraction and reducing surface irregularities.
